Cycle lanes in Yuen Long

I have just moved to Hong Kong and I am staying in Yuen Long. I brought my road bike with me and I am looking for a map of cycle lanes available in Yuen Long. I know there are quite a lot green/red lanes over there but I would be grateful for a map.
I am also looking for a cycling routes suggestions which incude Yuen Long for ex. YL to ShengShui etc...

Btw any cyclist in Yuen Long or nearby. I ride every morning and evening as well as weekends.
