but, i think that i am a ectomorph. cause its hard as to put on muscle, but now i am finding it easier.
i'll try your routine after the summer as i am currently in England with only a set of 12.5kg dumbbells. that i can use.

How are you doing squats if all you have is dumbells?
I would do:
Leg Press (if you have access to a machine)
THEN bench. I always work my largest muscle groups first. Legs and back before chest. That's actually exactly how I work out. I also do a few sets of fairly heavy (110-120 kg) machine rows to finish off my back. Only 2 sets per exercise for me.
I'm using the NOW Adam multivitamins now and I've noticed a significant increase in energy and gains (although I've also noticed I have to pee a lot more). I'm an ectomorph myself, but I can still gain if I eat as much as I can and work out hard.
