It'll be Harry, as soon as this season is over, he'll leave Spurs to take on the job.

Poor baiting attempt given that Les Bleus have won way more trophies that the english.

They may as well give the job to Prince Harry.

I don't think many would expect England to win it, but surely they have to get out of the group stages...even without Shrek leading the line.

The reality is that we’re not very good at football and never had any hope of winning the Euros regardless of who is in charge. This is compounded by the fact that most of the English players care very little about representing their country and behave like idiots. We're not going to win any tournament in the foreseeable future.
    I see.

france's record at most recent tournaments is even worse than england's, which is really saying something

But if you are basing it on history, then

Trophies: France 3 v England 1. Way more

Head to head record. England 16 v France 8 (4 draws). Way more

Judging by how hard it is to get tickets or accommodation for any games involving England, I'd say there are plently of England fans who are very optimistic about their chances.

    To close the debate.

    France:

    World Cups:

    • Winner (1998)
    • Runners-Up (2006)
    • Third (1958, 1986)
    • Fourth (1982)
    Winner UEFA EURO (1984, 2000)

    England:

    World cups

    • Winner (1966)
    • Fourth (1990)
and I am not even a soccer fan.
Waiting for PIn and the "we surrender, we surrender".
