I'm somewhat surprised to find that most gyms only open at 7am. I was hoping to keep up my old routine of putting in an hour or two before work, which for me begins at 8am.
Are night gyms a thing here? Or any gyms that open at 5am? I'm very much an early-to-bed, early-to-rise sort.
In terms of what I want from a gym, I'm really not fussy. All I really do is the rowing machine, but it keeps me trim and I enjoy it immensely. Shower, aircon, lockers that don't get stuff nicked out of. That's it really.
Looking in Causeway Bay/Wan Chai/Central. If you know costs of places (actually, even costs for later-opening gyms; I might have to switch to the evenings for exercise) it's be much appreciated if you could include them in your post.
