Pure yoga is commercialized. All or many of the good authentic yoga teachers left cause they cut the price on their pay.

For more AUTHENTIC yoga, anahata yoga is good but very busy and a lot of students.

For smaller group classes AND authentic you can check out these 2.

I prefer smaller classes so you can get personal attention, hands on teaching, correction etc. Instead of beign piled up in a class of 20-30 people like anahate.

BUT if you go during down hours, (working hours), then anahate is good casue it will be a small class

I've joined Anahata Yoga since the past 2 months already. Happy with the classes, staff are very accommodating and quite knowledgeable with regards to which class and what kind of postures are used in the class. I could give the name of the sales person who assisted me should any of you be interested.

If you want somewhere on Kowloon side, Pranayogam at TST have good Vinyasa, Power, and Ashtanga classes as well as specialised stretching, breathing, Yin Yoga and Hatha classes. It's a small studio and classes do book out but I've found the teachers consistently good and the practice strong and varied. I've been going there for the past four months now and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Let me know if you want any more info.
