    sausage and egg mcmuffin from this shop near my office, I think its called MacDunahlds(?)
    hot dog bun from local bakery
    large slab of char siu (lean) soaking in the greasy juices that must be from heaven

    I will admit I cannot say no to the occassional $8 sausage and egg mcmuffin

    Steaks, chicken breasts & cod fish all day long baby!

    Not cheap though. It's expensive to eat healthy.
