i love to walk (not jog) and have decided to walk more every day - before/after work and on weekends.

when i'm on my own, i usually stick to urban walks, often unplanned and going wherever my feet take me. if i have company, i'd also like to try some easy trails. i join meetup hikes occasionally but am slow going uphill, especially with stairs, and need more exercise before i'm fit enough for their tougher hikes.

please pm me if you'd like to join me on any walks. on weekdays it'd probably be on or close to hk island but i'd be more than happy to go elsewhere on weekends.
