Advice on gym in Western mid levels/Sai Ying Pun

    Hi all
have just moved to a place near the intersection of Western and Bonham and am struggling to find a gym nearby.

Anyone know of any nearby facilities including boxing gyms?

Looked at the HKU options, has anyone used their facilities?

    Thanks

I have membership at Physical Fitness at Sheung Wan, but I gave up on it entirely because of the annoying sale persons there.

So I just work out at different parks in Sai Ying Pun. As long as there are some low rise bar, monkey bar, I can complete a full work out, no Gym required.

I live close by the Typhoon cross-fit, there equipment is pretty good, and the training is intense.

I'm in Mid Levels and have been walking to and from Pure Fitness at Kinwick. Gym's very well appointed and the salespeople have not been aggressive.

Any update on this? Fitness First Sheung Wan has gone so leaves Crossfit or Pure? Any other gym, kickboxing or boxing places nearby?

Not exactly what you're asking for, but worth mentioning there is a climbing gym called da verm. It has some weights and other strength based stuff too.

I hear good things about Apefit. Not sure its exact location as they workout outside I think.
