    If Liverpool loses to Chelsea, both Liverpool and Man City are on course to finish with the same points total if both teams win out. It'll come down to goal differential.

    Forget Everton. Palace are the titlemakers. Whoever doesn't take full points from palace can kiss the title goodbye.
