Hi All, I'm a 19 yr old American college student (female) and I will be in Hong Kong from May 26th until July 5th and I was wondering 2 things.
1) Is there any ultimate frisbee pickup/team play going on there?
2) I'm trying to get back into shape; I was wondering if there is anyone out there who is of similar fitness level and would like to run with me everyday (long runs/short runs/agility workouts.) I'm looking to run 4-5 miles at about a 7:30-8 minute pace a couple times a week.
