    Ashes 2013-14

Anyone watching it? Can't believe how the shackle draggers have done it.

A big win, indeed, and very surprising after the last series. Great to see current poms can collapse like that. Hope the trend continues.

And why would that surprise you ?

One of the most experienced cricket nations in the world, having produced some of crickets greats and you're surprised ?

    Fascinating

PS: After Australia's unpredictable form during the last cricket clash with Britain, I'd say the Australian cricket team went back home and trained a lot harder. They managed to improve as a result and played very good cricket, something the British captain and his team, hadn't anticipated.

As a result, The Slaughter at Gabbatoir, took place.

    Chin up, old chaps

Er, Skyhook, England != Britain. Strictly it's England & Wales. Scotland and Ireland (like rugby, it means the island of Ireland) have their own teams. Ireland has just qualified for the world Twenty20 championships by thrashing Hong Kong.

As an Australian though, I'm not particularly impressed with Clarke's captaincy and getting fined for the foul sledging.
Not a good example to set.

Well apparently he only got fined coz his comments were picked up by stump mic, on top of that he was responding to Anderson's threat towards Bailey.

They won't even "kiss and make up" now.
    Looking forward to Adelaide.

This might be the very beginning of a life long gripe toward each other, possibly along the same lines as, Ian Chappell & Ian Botham, who still have a go at each other, after all these years.
