Selamat datang di Geoexpat neng! Not sure if there are guided cycle tours of HK due to the narrow roads in much of urban HK, but that's an interesting question. In much of urban HK hitting 28-35 km/h will be impossible most of the time because of traffic and lights, but it should be an interesting experience nonetheless!

This guy does cross country and some city guiding: http://www.crosscountryhk.com/

He's probably one of the best riders in Hong Kong, also a certified instructor.

I went on a guided mountain bike tour with Steve and I'd recommend it. Not sure about road cycling, but you could ask him.

The mention of 28-35km/h implies to me that she's looking for road cycling, not off-road mountain biking. Am I missing something here?

Yep, I assumed road cycling too:

"i do ride approx. 35-45 km per day, for 2-2,5 hrs, speed approx 28-35 km/hr.."

The math doesn't quite work out there...

As far as I know there are no road cycling guides nor do I know of anywhere to rent decent road bikes to do scenic road rides here. Steve could get them at least decent mountain bikes and show them some road routes if that is what they are looking for. Or do some cool trails. Either way he is their best bet

Michael Hansen does road cycling, using rented bicycles, as linked above.
