All games are either at 12:00, 16:30 or 21:00 (MSK) for the Preliminary Round. [ +4hrs for HKT] So not too bad. I thought Sochi 5hrs behind Hong Hong but just 4 :-)

Yes it does. TVB has many channels carried by different media. Pearl & Jade are broadcast free-to-air; some sports and other channels are carried on NowTV and (I think) the other IP/cable TV systems, and some are distributed via satellite systems (TVB Network Vision, which includes BeIN sports).

Yeah Grunt put it nicely. TVB Vision is also on the NOW TV platform. All a bit complicated in Hong Kong :-( I just read they are setting a whole bunch of new channels just for the Winter Olympics 2014 ( ch821 to ch827) So that's very cool indeed!

    Edit:

so you need to find a bar with broadband tv ( that's not difficult ) and they should have the TVB vision package ( that's more difficult )

Canada should take care of Norway and Austria without too much difficulty. Finland would be the tougher challenge, they are a strong hockey nation and its roster has more NHL players so that match won't be easy for Canada. But fingers crossed, Canada should still prevail because of its stronger line-up. Of course, nothing is for certain, so an upset can't be ruled out. Still, I'm sure you know which Team I'll be supporting.

Yup, that's right....it's not too bad, the game against Austria falls on a Saturday here in HK. If we make it to the semi finals/ finals, that falls on a Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday night in HK respectively.
