what sort of training do you have in mind mate?
In terms of training, I'm guessing mainly weights with perhaps some other fun stuff / challenges mixed in depending on what people enjoy.
Basically a couple of people who could train together, talk nutrition, and generally achieve some results... Perhaps enjoy the competitiveness / motivation benefits of a group.
