haahaahaa, the beauty of forums... I got such a laugh out of the last 2 replies...
PinalV, seriously though, I agree with gilleshk about growing a thicker skin because people are going to post all sorts of stuff in forums. If YOU don't like what people have to say, then YOU should just ignore it instead of getting your panties in a bunch.
Pinal- the way these forums work is that some posters will reply to the original question and others will post opinions, jokes and complete tangents. Don't take offense- that's just the way it seems to work here. If a thread deteriorates, it'll get locked. But just because you started a thread doesn't mean that you own it.
Oh, and on to your original question: Personal training in Hong Kong is really dire. Most trainers that I seen are a mix of clueless or unmotivated, which would suggest that the good ones are few and far between, and therefore much likelier to be expensive. *Especially* if they are good enough to be freelance. For what it's worth, the trainers I have seen at Pure are generally better than the ones I've seen at Fitness First. But then again, Pure membership is something like 30% more expensive.

Removed a number of ads. If you trainers really do want to contact a person, use the private messaging. We simply cannot allow solicitations on the forums - even worse we do not tolerate shills.
