Considering this is the best Southampton start I've ever seen or ever will see, I guess I should be here gloating.

So I bet I just cursed it.

My pessimist side is sure we will lose vs villa tonight and then collapse, sliding down the table.....

Has been nice while it lasted though!

The only photo I have at anfield, since losing all my others!

Nothing wow about it really. They're still playing an aging Gerrard that should have been benched 2 seasons ago, sold the only game-changer they had in Suarez, and then spent bought badly in Lovren and co. As a centreback, Toure is still better than Lovren, but he's stuck on the bench. If you look through Liverpool's squad (with Spurs and Arsenal as well), the players are quite mediocre.

Still gets my wow :-) Palace with a pretty poor home record, just one win ( Leicester ) and only 9 points in total prior the Liverpool game, you wouldn‘t expect a 3:1 imo.

CL action last night. Chelsea with an easy and comprehensive 5:0 away win vs Schalke. Number 1 spot secured. ManCity 3:2 vs Bayern. Coming from behnd Aguero scored 2 of his 3 goals within the last 6 minutes. Bayern already winner of Group E and down to 10 since the 20th minutes, with two rare late blunders, helped City a bit :-) Last games are decisive for City, Roma and Moscow.

    1 Bayern 12
    2 ManCity 5
    3 Roma 5
    4 Moscow 5

Champions League: EPL vs German Bundesliga 3:0

    ManCity v Bayern* 3:2
    Schalke04 v Chelsea* 0:5
    Arsenal* v Dortmund* 2:0

    * Qualified for the knock-out stages. Liverpool and City still can progress and follow Chelsea & Arsenal.
