2 minutes of injury time remain in City's (and England's) 2015 UCL

The books is closed. Barca 1 - 0 City (3-1 AGG). This may have been the most lopsided 1-0 game in the history of football. Only Joe Hart's heroic efforts kept Barca from scoring six or seven goals.

Qualified teams Quarterfinals Champions League 2014/15

    Real Madrid
    FC Barcelona
    Atletico Madrid
    AS Monaco
    Paris St Germain
    Juventus Turin
    Bayern Munich
    FC Porto

    Draw on Friday 20 March.

Dortmund last night without the slightest chance ( really thought they can turn the tie ) but let's not forget their form isn't great at all and trailing Bundesliga leader Bayern Munich by 30 point ! and just 7 points clear of the relegation zone. Turin on the other hand leading the Italian League by 14 points and surely are going for the league title this season.

    ManCity v West Brom
    Stoke City v Palace
    Tottenham v Leicester
    Southampton v Burnley
    Aston Villa v Swansea
    Newcastle v Arsenal
    West Ham v Sunderland
    Liverpool v ManUtd
    Hull City v Chelsea
    QPR v Everton

Surely looking forward to Liverpool v ManUtd and the timing couldn't be better. Both teams are equally strong in 4th and 5th place and Liverpool with a decent chance in overtaking Manchester United. Close call but I think Liverpool got the edge. 2:1

Good afternoon for Hull, with Burnley, Villa and Leicester all losing. Leicester were unlucky but can't see any way they can survive now. Now waiting to see if Sunderland lose to make it even better, then Hull to beat Chelsea .

Arsenal only a point behind Man City and several teams in the hunt for a top four finish so it could be an exciting finish to the season at both ends of the table.

Tough day for goal keepers. Particularly ugly scene with Southampton's GK's knee buckle and bend in an unnatural way.
