Not just the fella's . . . there are middle-aged women that are arse-kicking FIT.

One of the things that makes it a bit easier to keep fit is the great produce. It's inexpensive, fresh, in many cases it's local, and far more wholesome than the suspect greens that come from Hong Kong's Northern neighbor.

Sounds great huja. Btw was wondering about your sleeping habits assuming you're back in UK ;-) but of course LA makes perfect sense. Damn hard to follow all the European football action live from there but I think it's not the end of the world :-) Have a great evening and a good night.

Chelsea hasn't performed to their top level since Diego Costa has been injured, and with the game being at Stamford Bridge, it should be a helluva game. Provided that Carrick is not injured, then I'll go for a Utd win, otherwise I'll put it down for a draw.

Blind, Rojo, Jones and most importantly Carrick are all out for tonights Chelsea vs Man Utd match, so Utd definitely going to leak goals. I'm predicting the following line up:

    De Gea

    Valencia - Evans - Smalling - Shaw

Di Maria - Mata - Herrera - Feillaini - Young

    Rooney

....which looks pretty short in the centre of midfield, with not much protection for the back four, and I doubt LvG will drag Fellaini all the way back since he's performed so well lately going forward.

    3 -1 to Chelsea.

My mistake, Evans is still suspended, so I guess McNair might get another chance.

LvG might actually drop Rooney back into midfield for this match.

    Rooney and Herrera in midfield.....

    Fellaini and Falcao up front......

Chelsea playing Zouma in midfield, I'm guessing to partner Matic to try and stifle Felliani's aerial threat.
