Not expecting much. Livermore one of key midfielders has just been suspended by the FA for cocaine use. It never rains but it pours.

Man Utd and Newcastle players struck down by a mystery illness during the week and have to play their U16 teams. Hull win, Newcastle lose, Hull stay up.

    Tom007 and wtbhotia like this.

Wednesday 20 May, rescheduled ( original on 18 April )

    Arsenal v Sunderland ( 21 May 2:45am HKT )

Point for Sunderland and they would be safe. Win for Arsenal and they would at least finish third.

    Table

    3 Arsenal 71
    4 ManUtd 69

    16 Sunderland 37
    17 Newcastle 36
    18 Hull City 34

    Hull are deadmeat.

On last night's game, I'm just wondering why Chelsea players (Fabs in particular) were getting so worked up - it was a dead rubber to them

Its the 'Everyone against us' mentality that Mourinho instills into his squad.
