    Fast & Social Female Runners

    Hey Runners-

    Looking for some ladies to run with who also like to race and hit the pubs/clubs (especially right after the races). I'm late 20's but age doesn't matter to me. Wanchai area; joining the Hong Kong Distance Runners Club to use the Wanchai track in the evenings, but also want to do distance.

    Keen for running partner

    Hi - Sounds ideal. Im late 20s also, not working at the moment, looking to runl, pubs etc. Live on Southside but keen to run Bowen road, trails anywhere. And by the way, how fast is fast?

    Doesn't have to be FAST, just to avoid the jogging crew! (not good for either party) For training, I like to run between 7:30 and 8:15/mile...what's that converted? 24/5k or so and if you're keen for some speed workouts, I'd like to train for a 1:30 1/2 marathon. But, the social part is big for me, too. Hopefully we can get a little group...anyone else?

    I run on a regular basis on Bowen Road by myself, try to avoid intensive training due to my slight knees problem.

    However, I am definitely up for any pub activities after the run.

    Ya ha, sound grand. I'm also late 20's, live in Central and dead keen for running buddies that also enjoy a few 'quiets' at the pub. Was curious as to how fast FAST was but got that, thanks. I'm keen to run some of the trails - you guys? If you're heading out then PM me.

    Lets set a time

    Kwall/Rit Cat

    When suits... I usually run about same as Kwall and would like to train for a half with same result (current PB is 100min). Im off pace at the moment, just having having had 6 weeks holiday and 6 mnths plus of infrequent running so happy to be pushed. Not well versed in run options here so please suggest time and day to meet and Ill be there. Im completely flexible at the moment.
