yoga or pilates in Kennedy Town?

Is there anywhere in / near Kennedy Town to do yoga and / or pilates? All studios seem to be in Sheung Wan, Central area.

Good question. I've seen people doing yoga at sunset at Sun Yat-sen Park in Sai Ying Pun wearing these light up headphones to receive the music and instructions - looks really cool. Not sure how to sign up though.

I think that's Yoga Room that organizes it.

There's a meetup group that organizes yoga at the Sun Yat Sen sports center. I don't know of anyone in Kennedy Town, but I highly recommend Yoga Room in Sheung Wan.
