It's pretty complicated and definitely not easy getting efficient replies. It looks like they don't want a wider customer base ( private ) Pretty disappointing customer service. Emailed them last year twice ( about League1 ) but not much forthcoming and eventually gave up. Perhaps they're better now :-) :-)
