Blues with another PP chance in the second period. Again many quality chances but the biscuit doesn't go into the basket. Perhaps frustrated with coming away without a goal, Blues commit a slash and it's the Sharks on the PP.

Sharks cash in. Waste little time to score on their man advantage. SJ 2-0 STL.

Blues draw iron in the final minute of the period but that still counts for nothing. Sharks thoroughly outplayed the Blues in this period. Blues had no space, no time except on the power play. All that being said a 2-0 lead on the road isn't a gimme.

San Jose beat St. Louis 4-0 in game two to even series. Sharks better team in every way this game. Sharks scored two power play goals while the Blues went 0-6. On to San Jose for game three. Both conference finals knotted up at one game a piece.

End to end action but TB getting the better scoring chances. The difference in the speed of the two conference finals is startling. SJ/STL look like they're skating in mud compared to the Pens and Lightening.

Great action and multiple scoring chances for both teams in the first period but both goalies sharp. 0-0 at first intermission.

Penguins carry the play for most of the second period and are finally rewarded with a goal with just 10 seconds remaining! Wow. Big momentum shift.

Lightening started the third period with a lot of energy and produced good chances, but it's the Pens who score five minutes in to make it 2-0.

Lightening strikes soon after as they pull one goal back!. PIT 2-1 TB.

Pittsburgh pulling away with two more goals. 4-1 with about six minutes remaining. They have 47 shots on goal!
