Game ends 4-2. Pittsburgh leads series 2-1. There have been five conference finals games played. The road team has won three of them. So much for home ice advantage.

Blues/Sharks pick up their series tomorrow night.

Puck drops in San Jose as Blues visit Sharks for game three. Series tied at 1-1.

Blues with the most possession, but SJ with multiple quick counters and cash in at 15:53". SJ 1-0 STL. You could see that coming. St. Louis giving up too many odd man rushes.

And now Blues commit a penalty in the waning seconds of the first period.

This is the opposite of how the conferences have played in general over the last decade at least. The Western Conference has always been the faster of the two while the Eastern Conference had a lot more plugging and slowing down the play type hockey.

Yep. Especially during the NJ Devils' heyday. Left wing lock. Ugly, ugly hockey.

In a similar play to the first goal, Sharks counter with an odd man rush to score. SJ 2-0 STL. Blues forwards caught up front. Blues effort is much improved from their game 2 debacle, but the execution and discipline just not there.

Sharks take game three and the lead in the series with a 3-0 victory. Blues haven't scored in over 140 minutes, which would be a drought even by soccer standards.
