    LMAO

It must be counting steps because it's only 20,000.

I do a lot of weight training, some hiking, and walk pretty much everywhere. I try to eat healthy, but my work has me traveling to China a lot and most of the food there is pretty much garbage.

I just finished reading this book, it helped me changed the way I look at dieting and exercise.

I try and get to the gym 2-3 times a week, i have a PT session at least once a week.

I'll hike maybe every other weekend.

I spend a lot of time in the pub.

I'm into weight lifting. Usually lifting my weight when I get up in the morning. Also lifting pints.

I see one of our neighbours, with a similar wife, parked near the bus stop snarfing down McDonalds when I've taken my dog out for a late night walk.

He didn't die - he had a baby. Which was probably much the same at times!
