UCL Playoff second legs starting today as well.
Thank you huja for the updates. Celtic just sneaked through ( 5:4 agg ) As FC Porto demolished Roma 4:0 ( 5:1 agg ) City then later tonight.

Roma with two red cards . . . played about half the match Nine on eleven. Not a good formula to win.

Perhaps take a time machine and go back to game week one, or wait till March 2017.

If you want to watch Spurs and Liverpool this weekend then many places to go. Champs bar in Wan Chai. Hooters in Central, Dickens in CWB.

My bad. Porto only 3:0 not 4:0. Just checked the Celtic game - must have been a nervy affair. 2:0 down after 48 minutes.

City - Steaua playing the second leg match of the UCL playoff. City up 1-0 at 62". Game has all the intensity of a training session with City up 5-0 coming into the match. Probably of most significance is that Joe Hart is starting (as is Yaya Toure). Perhaps a final appearance in front of the home crowd?

Intensity picking up as Steaua with a couple of free kicks just outside goal box. Joe Hart makes a good save at 71". Only thing at stake at this point is whether Joe Hart earns a clean sheet.

Just as write that, promising youngster Kelechi Iheanacho goes down in a heap and is going off in a stretcher. :-( Would be a shame if it's a serious injury as City's advancement is already decided.

Joe Hart with a bitter-sweet game. Classy, but frank post-game interview. He knows the deal. If this is indeed the end of his City career, he leaves town taking the high road.

Upon a second look, Iheanacho's eyes rolled up into his head and he blacked out in a very scary scene. Check out the video in the link below. And f'cking hats off to the Steaua player for quick thinking and readiness to act! Here's hoping Iheanacho is back to full health soon.
