No fell asleep! That goal makes up for the injury time loss to Man Utd. Snodgrass is playing excellently (didn't he just get a hat trick for Scotland?). Hull signed him for a lot of dosh then he got injured in his first game and was out for 19 months.

Chelsea up 1-0 at Swansea in part due to indecisive GK play. GK had a chance to move up and catch a ball in the air but backed off and let his defender try a clear with his head. He failed. Ball found its way to Costa's foot and he didn't miss. Shot might have deflected off defender but it likely made no difference in the final result.

Chelsea wearing kits that are black with bright yellow accents. Doesn't look right. Not right at all. I universally hate the third kits teams are wearing on the road sometimes.

OMG. Swansea takes the lead at 61"! Gary Cahill asleep with the ball. And Leroy Fer picks his pocket and trickles a shot between goalkeeper's legs that just gets over the goal line.

Out of nothing (NOTHING) Swansea take the lead 2-1!!

Costa scores on an overhead kick that resulted from a scramble near the Swansea goal. World-class skill, however Costa also nicked a defender's head. Could have been called a dangerous play.
    2-2. 81"

    Very entertaining match.

Chelsea have found another gear. Costa with a bid to complete the hat trick but GK is up to the task. Swansea holding on for dear life. Five minutes plus injury left. 2-2.

    Four minutes added . . .

Full time. 2-2 draw. Match ends with Costa howling and Terry limping.

    Very entertaining match.

The result leaves Man City as only team at 100% points.

Sunderland hosts Everton tomorrow to wrap up round four of the season.

Thanks for the updates huja. 1 point not good enough for Chelsea I guess. Well done City. Maximum points after 4 games - definitely the team to beat. Midweek a lot of CL.and EL acrion.

Odd game for Chelsea. They were the superior team for most of the match, yet they should have lost but for Costa's circus goal. Chelsea has a squad of divers that could challenge China's Olympic team. It was disgraceful. The diving and histrionics need to be penalized harshly so that it's wiped from the game.
