I'm looking for a work-out buddies (pefer girls) to train with in Victoria Park - Strength training/HIIT/sprint etc
Could follow one of the Phone Apps training program, eg. Emily Skye. Great way to motivate and push eachother! I've been off exercising for over 6 months and want to get back to a routine.
Weekday evenings from 6.30pm or Weekend Morning or early Afternoon works.
