I was wandering around the one with some buddies this morning and noticed that a new company has taken over the old Cal Fitness which scammed a ton of people. As soon as I walked off the escalator on the 9/F I was approached by aggressive (possibly ex California people) trying to sell me a membership. The sales person mentioned that they had "repackaged" the old club and were relaunching with a new concept.. The equipment would mostly be the same (with some new machines) and they have taken over the old Cal locations. She showed me something on her ipad and it seems like the management team has familiar faces too.
Does anyone know who these go gym folks are?
