Chelsea equalize at 62". Still, one point would do Huddersfield a world of good.

    Chelsea 1-1 Huddersfield. FT

Huddersfield hold on and earn a point. They're SAFE! Hats off to them for taking a point at Man City and at Chelsea in the space of three days.

    Chelsea's UCL chances in tatters.

    WHU 0-0 MU. FT

Mourinho seemingly happy about taking a point in a scoreless draw at West Ham because it secured second place, currently 19 points behind Man City. It's all window dressing at this point but it was a strange post-match interview.

Every team has played 37 matches and we close the book on the EPL season after Sunday. At stake is fourth place - it would take a lot of things falling just so for Chelsea to pip Liverpool for the final UCL slot.

Stoke and West Brom are being banished to eat at the children's table next season. And Swansea too unless something crazy and unprecedented happens this weekend when Southampton hosts Man City.

Manchester City can win their 32nd match and 100th point if they take care of business at Southampton.

That Crystal Palace is safely mid-table given their historically poor start is a minor miracle.
