The end of 1992 things looked promising for City and then....

But you're right Pep looks in control.

The League should be wrapped up but Pep's real test will be the Champions League campaign 2017/18. His former club Bayern Munich dominated the Bundesliga in similar fashion but they failed 3 consecutive seasons in the semi-finals ( 13/14, 14/15 and 2015/16 ) Especially the 0:4 at home against Real Madrid was devastating. Let's see if City can do it...

And then some extra stuff going on post-game. Pep in an animated exchange with SOU player, Redmond.

The Soccer talking heads think it wasn't an altercation - rather Pep extolling Redmond for the effort or something like that. We'll see . . .
Guardiola clash with Redmond begs question: What if it was Mourinho?

Me: Pep's Jedi Mind Tricks are simply more nuanced than Mou's.

Don't want to judge him but it's seems that he has a bonus. Mou and others are way more under scrutiny...

It seems to be the way they act though.

Mourinho acts like a twat and talks like a twat.

Guardiola is more passive aggressive. Like with Redmond, it looks like he wants to beat him up, but apparently he was telling him how good he was. lol! Redmond actually came out to defend Guardiola today when some papers were trying to stir stuff up. He wouldnt defend him if he actually told him he was crap im sure.

Probably a good policy for players and managers of opposite sides to briefly shake hands and wish each other good luck in the future and move on.
