City and Liverpool have concluded their head-to-head matchups this season in PL. City are still active in all three Cups in addition to PL so they have more matches to play. Hard to say which club have a tougher remaining PL fixture list since both teams have dropped points to mid/low table clubs. The long and short is that Liverpool are very much in control and the only was City are in it is if 'Pool spits the bit.

No way Gunners crack top four. Long shot for Chelsea.

This is such a sad story. Just shows none of us know when our time is up however much money we have or how great things are going.

Man City gain points as Liverpool earns a draw at West Ham. The gap is now 3 points to Pool while City has the goal differential advantage. City back at it with a visit to Everton on Wednesday. Liverpool could conceivably be below City in the table based on GD (but with a game in hand) but Goodison Park has not been kind to City so I wouldn't assume that will be the case.
