Deserved City win - congrats. Totally in control. However really expected more from Arsenal. All in all pretty harmless - best spell before the Silva goal but City slowed down the game and after the 2:0 it was all over. Game one after Wenger - still a lot of work to do for Emery! Top 4 finish will be very difficult! City could be running away once again. 6 upcoming winnable games while Arsenal will be facing Chelsea next week.

    Arsenal 0
    ManCity 2

Only caught the last 10 minutes of the ARS-MC match. City were just wasting time. Ederson with some shaky work. KDB still earning the title of Ginger Messi. Saw the highlights and both goals were class. Bernardo Silva is poised to explode this season. He's confident and fully integrated into Pep's system.
TV pundits saying they expected more from City, but three points and a clean sheet in an away match is always an accomplishment.
Week one in the books. No upsets of the preseason contenders.

Question . . . which manager gets sacked first?

    And so it begins . . .
