That surprises me, what are the most popular sports in the Philippines then? I know Basketball is fairly popular.

Basketball by far, volleyball and boxing. Basketball is everywhere, totally dominates. There is a new national "soccer" league with 6 teams. Was 8 but two closed after a year or two. They are trying to build it up but with no pitches to play on that is difficult .

yeah well done; the Iraqis turned the game after comimg twice from behind. Lots of hard work. Saw the first 3 goals at halftime ( 2:1 Vietnam ) All defensive errors - almost slapstick comedy

    Tonight's schedule - HK live FoxSports1

    6:50 pm Japan v Turkmenistan
    9:20 pm Uzbekistan v Oman
    11:50 pm Qatar v Lebanon
