    He could have done, but who's to say the referee will reverse his decision even if he did? Same thing happened with Robbie Fowler against Arsenal in 97. Although the resulting penalty was missed.

    Pls pls @ByeByeEngland let's keep the good and fine spirit here .. still remember an incident a few years back ( Bundesliga Nürnberg v Bremen ) when Bremen player Aaron Hunt told the referee Manuel Gräfe that he wasn't fouled at all and consequently the ref reversed his decision! Hunt got the fair play award in 2014
