The first real cracker on Matchday 2 Netherlands on a high and Germany still on the way down! Decisive game for Manager Jogi Lw and also his first real important game after the disastrous Russia 2018 campaign. First competitive match without Hummels, Mller and Boateng. Bold decision after the 3 will be no more considered for international games Great to have Leroy San ( ManCity ) back

    Group C
    Netherlands v Germany
    Date: 25 March - 03:45am
    Venue: Johan Cruijff ArenA, Amsterdam
    Referee: Jesus Gil Monzana, Spain
HK TV: CableTV HD 602, 662

Still inexplicable how Lw left San off the WC squad . . . Leroy has all the tools to be great. Needs to get his head screwed on right. Rumor in Manchester on why he hasn't signed a contract extension is that his mother has been meddling in the negotiations. lol

Yeah that was a weird decision in May 2018, not his only blunder Btw it was a pity that the big clubs like Bayern, Dortmund did not sign San. Especially Bayern missed out a rare chance getting one of the biggest German talents in recent years.. Maybe they were too keen signing him anyway - but I guess most importantly Pep really wanted him as soon as he was available - and of course City right now the more attractive option by a distance

Who wouldn't want to play for Pep right now? Raheem Sterling's game has skyrocketed into the stratosphere under Pep. Goal-scoring machine Sergio Aguero has become a more complete player. KDB has become Ginger Messi. Bernardo Silva has transformed into one of the top five players in the PL this season. I truly believe Sane could become one of the top ten players in the PL.
