    Adjustable Dumbbell? Online cycling?

I use adjustable dumbbell and kettlebell as part of my exercise routine.

I use Powerblock setup but they are quit expensive in HK: https://www.alohalifehk.com/products?query=Powerblock

Curious to know dumbbell brand people uses in HK?

Secondly, I regularly do online cycling using my road bike, smart trainer, and Zwift subscription. I can try to bring them to HK but the real problem is storing all this.... does anyone have creative solution in storing there road bike at home?

You can buy expensive dumbbells at kettler or cheaper ones from Decathlon for $200 for a 20kg set (you can buy additional weights as well). If you buy them from Decathlon you will want to get a griplock because the included spinlock is crap
