    Absolutely battered them too, if our new striker wasnt cup tied we'd have won about 4-1.

    Preston are a bit of a surprise this season. Limited investment in new players, especially compared to those with parachute payments and the 'bigger' clubs. Last season they were solid mid-table without the bite up front to score enough goals to challenge for a play off position. Early days - only 5 games played. Let's see where they are after 15.

    Well my boys are currently 1-0 up away to Halifax who are now down to 10. As it stands 4th from bottom. We’re appealing against the points deduction but I’m not holding my breath on that.
