    HK Pool Halls

    Hello
I've created a website/directory of hong kong pool halls and would appreciate to hear about any others which I've not listed. I think there are places in Mongkok and Sham Shui Po which I'm missing.

    The list:
    hkpoolhalls.com

(The website lists places with tables at least 8-feet long, suitable for 8-ball or 9-ball. Smaller tables and snooker-only venues are not listed. No adverts.)

Thanks in advance for any guidance!
    - Paul

Joe's Billiards now has a branch in TST.

The table in The Canny Man is nowhere near 8 feet - I guess about 6 feet, and it isn't really a serious table.

The ones in the Sports Place in Kennedy Town meet the size criteria, but are otherwise really low quality tables.

    PDLM,
Thanks for notes; updated. Though I like Canny Man, you're right the table is quite small. I'll need to visit Sports Place to confirm the tables.

    timklip,
I'll look for that place; anyway it's not far from my flat.

But according today's SCMP (reporting Apple Daily's report)
A Tsim Sha Tsui pool parlour operated by Joe Nieh Chun, singer Vivian Chow Wai-man's husband, was found to have staged strip shows, with video clips showing a naked woman and a man in intimate action. Nieh confirmed the case and said he would report it to the police.

There are 3 tables in Tasmanian Ballroom on Wyndham Street (one of which they sometimes switch with a table tennis table ... very practical for a bar...!). I hear the pool tables can levitate or something when they need to make more space on the floor! They can be a little difficult on the door Friday / Saturday nights ...

There is 1 table in Ashtray on D'Aguilar Street (building next to Volar).

There is 1 table in Bert's at FCC, member's only theoretically, but you can be a guest there. Need short cues for some shots though.

That is absolutely disgusting, offensive and immoral to say the least.

Yes, please provide the address so that I can programme my phone to remind me never to step inside that building.
