    Yau Yee League Payments 2004-05

    Registration fees
    The registration fee will vary for teams. These are to be paid in two instalments:
    1st payment for all teams of $10,000 to be paid on or before 30th September 2004.
    The second payment has not been finalised and will be notified presently:
    This 2nd payment is to be paid on or before 31st January 2005.

    Proof of payment
    Please pay all funds directly to the “Yau Yee Football League” account. HSBC 600 711626 001.
    It is essential that proof of payment is made to the Treasurer. It is not possible for the Treasurer to identify the provenance of payments into the bank account without a copy of receipt. An e-mail without an attachment will not be considered as proof of payment. Similarly records sent in after the payment date may be considered late payments.
    Fax copies should be sent to the following number 2904 9449. Would teams please check to ensure their records are up to date.

    Monthly Payment of Fines
    From 2004 season, teams will be required to carry a positive balance with the league. Teams carrying a negative balance at the end of the month will be fined $500 automatically and may be suspended from playing their next fixture until the balance is up to date. Please ensure that all discipline and other outstanding fines are paid by the last day of the month to ensure no disciplinary measures are incurred.

    Fines for late payment will be incurred for the following :-

    REGISTRATION FEES
    · $500. This will be added at weekly intervals until proof of payment is received.
    If after 14 days registration fees remain unpaid teams will be suspended and not allowed to play their fixtures.

    DISCIPLINE FINES
    · $500. This will be added at weekly intervals until proof of payment is received.
    If after 14 days outstanding fees remain unpaid teams will be suspended and not allowed to play their fixtures.

    NO PROOF OF PAYMENT RECEIVED ON TIME
    · $500 per fine regardless of payment having been made.

    Yau Yee League Discipline Fines 2004-05

    Non receipt of team sheet
    · $500.

    Non receipt of red card report within 24 hours
    · $500.

    Errors on team sheet
    · $100.

    Red Cards (per player)
    · collection of 1st red card - $200 (1 match suspension).
    · collection of 2nd red card - $500 (2 match suspension).
    · collection of 3rd red card - $1000 ( 5 match suspension).

    Yellow Cards (per player)
    · collection of 4th yellow card - $200 (4 points) - (1 match suspension).
    · collection of 8th yellow card - $500 (8 points) - (2 match suspension).

    Player reaching 8 disciplinary points
    · $500.
    · one match suspension.

    Team reaching 25 disciplinary points
    · $500.
    · $100 per point over 25 points.

    Team reaching 40 disciplinary points
    · $1000.
    · further disciplinary action.

    Team receiving 8 disciplinary points in one game
    · $500.
    · $100 per point over 8 points.
