hi all, I've done a search and found recommendations for Rich Clow, Liam Harkness. I'll probably give them a call soon but I would prefer a Female Personal trainer who is experienced with training pregnant women and been through it herself. I know its a tall ask!
I've had personal trainers in the past, male and females and i know it boils down to the individual but with my current condition, it would be great to have someone who's been there before.
I'm very active and would like to remain so but want to make sure I do the right things.
also this is not a request for pre-natal yoga classes.
Appreciate all your help and advice.
