Netball at Hong Kong Cricket Club

Does anyone know anything about the netball at HKCC? They talk about trials which all sounds very professional and daunting! I used to play in the teams at school but that was a long time ago, so although I know how to play and I'd like to start playing again it's for the enjoyment / social aspect rather than to be seriously competitive.

Are there any other clubs that would accept someone like me?
