gyms in tung chung or DB?

Are there any gyms in TC or DB? I am thinking of moving to one of those areas but cant seem to find any locales for any of the fitness chains.

I'm Calif Fitness member and know they dont have anything in Lantau. But what about other chains or independent gyms? WOuld prefer that to the dinky little ones that often come with the apt. complexes

In DB, there are two residents' clubs.

The Residents Club by the ferry pier is smaller, with fewer facilities. With squash courts, tennis courts, a lap pool and relatively few fitness facilities, it's more targeted at sports activities rather than working out.

Club Siena is newer and flashier, but I was a bit too lazy to get out there regularly, so don't have much to say about it.

Not quite what you asked, but there is an LCSD Fitness Centre in Mui Wo (although, strangely, apparently not one in Tung Chung).

tung chung crescent has a gym attached to the complex. i think the monthly fees are pretty reasonable if you are a resident.

in short, no there is NO chain fitness place in either place. the population of these areas would not be enough to support it, especially considering the clubhouses previously mentioned.
