if you work for a good company, say fortune 500 or accounting firm like pwc, does the company reimburse you for your fitness cost?

If by "fitness cost" you mean gym membership fees, than the answers is that only very few do (from what I have seen). More commonly, companies tend to have some sort of preferred rate with a gym or gym chain (especially if there is a branch in their building).
I am curious however, what this (or being a Fortune 500 company or accounting firm) has to do with being a "good company"?

thank you very much. sorry i didn't mean 'good company'. just meant 'bigger company in terms of mkt cap.'
