Just arrived here. Dragon's back looks tough to run. Any suggestions for good trail runs, or perhaps good road runs, nearby?
Thanks for the help.

Hi Ray,
Most runners go to Bowen Rd. It's flat and easy to run. From start to end is 4k. Or you can try running from Pok Fu Lam to the Peak. Enjoy your run.

from Bowen Rd (quite short flat and boring after a while) you can go up to the Shell Station (below Parkview) - From there you take the running trail at the back of the Shell station and reach Cecil's ride.
At the end of Cecil's ride you go to your right (up) and you will end up in Parkview after a while (Passing a reservoir).
Then you head down again to Bowen Road. About 20/21Km or so.
Thanks, guys, love Bowen Road, but I'm actually looking for running recs in or near Shek O. Should have made that clear in the body of my OP, not just the title. Any suggestions for great trail or road runs in or near Shek O, where I'm staying?
Thanks.

There was a trail run marathon that ended in Big Wave Bay today (strolled through the finish line at the end of my short hike over Dragon's Back). Seems tough but do-able.
