I'll be in HK for the next 2 to 3 months and am looking for a short-term gym membership. Physical Fitness currently has a promotion which is 200hkd for a 3month membership provided the new applicant is referred by a current member. A 3 month membership otherwise would be over 1000hkd without a referral. Not to sound cheap, but I am looking for anyone who currently has a membership that I can use a reference to sign up for their promotion. It would be greatly appreciated.

Most cases they do it over the counter as this is a trial deal. Do not pay anyone a premium o buy these cards as there are a couple of guys selling the $100-$200 deals on this site for $600.

If you have a friend who is an existing member you can go in and give the counter staff his/her membership number. Most people are hapy to help as they get $100-$200 credit towards their account for every person introduced.

If you guys have no luck with this feel free to PM me and I will give you a couple of friends member numbers. I used the trial myself back in April and its a good deal...except that most of the machines in their clubs are either broken or in pretty bad shape. The members are very local and if you are a guy please be prepared to get hit on by some old ladies.

I just spoke with one of the girls who works at TST (after responding to your pm) and she said they will offer it again soon. The reason in the increase is because their clubs are too crowded for now as many people used up the $100, $200 and free CC cards they offered since April.

I will ask around at California next week when the new TST Club opens and see if they can give me some 2 week trial passes. If i manage to get some I will pass them out to anyone who needs them.
They usually hand these out when there's a new club opening so hopefully they do it again next week.
