Yeah im a regular at the Kangaroo Bar in Wanchai, 54 lockhart road, they also have a place in TST, on Chatham road somewhere, hope this helps
The East End Brewery pub, near Quarry Bay MTR, has a nice large projector screen to watch all kinds of sports. It can be quite packed when the soccer and rugby comes on though. Large range of beers from around the world too.
If you're in Wanchai a new bar, Amici, seems to be a pretty good place to watch sports. They specialise in pizza's which are very good and have a couple of really big screens to watch sports. They are doing a special Superbowl buffet breakfast with bottomless coffee/tea for less than $100. It looks like it'll be a bit less rowdy than some of the other places like Skitz if that's what you're after.

Really depends what matches you want and when they are on. Saturday nigth late games will get drowned out by disco music at most places. I used to watch the Arsenal in a small place on the top floor of the IFC mall above the airline check-in because it was quiet and I could focus on the game.
Skitz in Wanchai (corner of Fenwick Rd / Jaffe Rd) is open 24 hours and has a listing of TV broadcasts on its website (see Resources section of this forum).
For rugby go to Dickens Bar in the Excellsior Hotel. They usually good for programing. Delaney's in Wan Chai is not bad also but pricy. Value is Champs but it is more local but they do show more North American sports.
