I've only started running consistently the past 4-5 weeks (about 4-5 times per week) to get in better shape but tracking my current progress I think I'm ready to tackle a 5K now and potentially a 10K with 1-2 months more of training. I've never ran any sort of 5K/10K race before.
Just curious...what kind of 5K/10K races or charity runs are there in Hong Kong? Just wanted to see how much time I have to train before my first official race. Thanks!
