Hi,
I'm female relatively new to HK, jjoined the California Fitness Gym in Central; however cannot find the motivation to go alone after work as am tired etc.
Am looking for someone who can meet 3 or 4 nights per week to work out with me for an hour or so. I spend a lot of time running, the rowing, cross trainer etc. A few weights too.
Pls let me know if you think you would like to start some kind of exercise routine and motivate each other.
