Where to find, how much does it cost per month, what is it like there mostly?
2. Semi-contact martial arts or self defence
As I am searching for a sport, whichs trains my agility, my reflexes & my mobility in general, I suppose martial arts would be good. (btw I don´t like Aerobic!!!)
I am new to this matter, so I definately need some advice. I have also an interest in
full-contact martial arts, but I can`t imagine how to learn this. I will work in the office, so it wouldn`t be neat` n proper to have bruises in my face, would it?

Nevertheless I am intrested in and inured to such possibly harms.
3. Archery
Where to practise? What about the fees?
